2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create a JIEYOU user account (hereinafter referred to as the "Account"). During the registration process, you will be required to provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. If an account remains inactive for an extended period (exceeding 120 days), we reserve the right to delete the account and associated game data, and such deletion is irreversible.

Without obtaining prior written permission from Jieyou, it is illegal to modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, republish, download, crawl, display, post, transmit, reverse engineer, or sell any of the materials available on the Service.

Jieyou grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use the Service solely for the purpose of enjoying the gaming experience and for no other commercial or unauthorized purposes. This license is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms.

4. Content Created by Users

By leveraging the technology and tools provided by JIEYOU COMPANY LIMITED, you may choose to voluntarily share personal content on our Service Platform. It is important to note that without explicit written authorization from Jieyou, you do not possess the right to distribute, sell, transfer, or license this content and/or applications in any manner, across any geographical region, social network, or other medium. You hereby grant Jieyou, as the operator of the Service, the exclusive right to exercise such rights on your behalf.

All data, text, graphics, photographs, and combinations thereof (collectively referred to as "User Content") that you upload to the Service are licensed to Jieyou for unrestricted use in both commercial and non-commercial activities, as well as for promotional purposes, either in whole or in part. As the content creator, you are solely responsible for the text, graphics, and photographs you upload. Consequently, you bear full responsibility for the content you contribute, and Jieyou shall not be held liable for any files uploaded, posted, or made accessible by you. Jieyou reserves the right to regulate user content and does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or completeness of any user content shared through its applications.

By using Jieyou's services, you acknowledge that you may encounter content that could potentially cause discomfort. You agree that Jieyou shall not be held liable for any User Content under any circumstances, including but not limited to errors in User Content or any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of User Content.

Jieyou reserves the right to remove any User Content from the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

5. Virtual Goods

The Service may offer virtual, in-game digital items ("Virtual Items") that can be acquired by using "real money." It is important to understand that Virtual Goods cannot be exchanged for real money, physical goods, or any other item of monetary value from Jieyou or any third party. You acknowledge that you have no legal rights or ownership in the Virtual Goods. Once purchased, refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Jieyou reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, manage, control, and/or eliminate Virtual Items. The prices and availability of Virtual Items are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Conduct Guidelines and Service Terms

JIEYOU COMPANY LIMITED provides various Communication Avenues to facilitate user interaction. User Personal Information used within these Avenues is subject to the respective privacy policies. Jieyou is not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party platforms and reserves the right to monitor, review, remove content, and terminate or suspend access to any Avenue without prior notice. User-generated content is not endorsed by Jieyou. You acknowledge that communications within the Service are public in nature, and Jieyou is not accountable for any shared information or actions taken by other users. You agree to use the Service in accordance with the law and refrain from engaging in activities such as posting offensive or inappropriate content, defaming others, uploading harmful software, infringing on intellectual property rights, obtaining private information without authorization, misusing support channels, developing or distributing cheat tools, exploiting game bugs, or violating any applicable laws.

Jieyou is not liable for any damages, including lost profits or data loss, that may arise from your use of the Services. These liability limitations apply regardless of the legal basis. You acknowledge that Jieyou is not responsible for User Submissions or the actions of third parties. The risk of any loss or damage associated with your use of the Services rests solely with you.

You agree to indemnify Jieyou and its affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities that may arise from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) violations of these Terms of Service; (c) infringements of third-party rights; (d) claims related to damage caused by User-Submitted Content; (e) claims resulting from your posted or shared content.

12. Transfer of Rights

The Terms of Service and any rights and licenses granted herein may not be transferred by you. However, Jieyou reserves the right to transfer or assign these Terms and associated rights without any restrictions.

13. General Provisions

By accessing or using the Services, you agree that Hongkong laws (without regard to conflict of laws principles) shall govern these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any disputes that may arise between you and Jieyou. Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be resolved by a Hong Kong court. You waive any jurisdictional defenses and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. This does not prevent Jieyou from seeking appropriate remedies, such as injunctive relief, to prevent the expiration of the statute of limitations or to enforce a Hong Kong court judgment.

Jieyou reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Terms of Service for any changes. Your continued use of the Service following any revisions to the Terms constitutes your agreement and acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Refund Provisions

When you purchase Virtual Goods, you are granted a limited, personal, and non-exclusive license to use them. You acknowledge and agree that Virtual Goods do not constitute personal property and that all purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable.

15. Suspension or Termination of Services

JIEYOU COMPANY LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services provided to you at any time, without prior notice, for security reasons or as otherwise deemed necessary.
